PROJECTING WINDOW OPENINGS
If a window closes a hole, a hole finishes a property. That is why at BG Legno we take particular care in informing and raising awareness among our clients about the importance and difference of having a window hole designed down to the last millimetre.
An entire technical department is at the disposal of customers to study, design and ultimately create a customised window opening, ensuring that all the performance requirements of the window frame and the best aesthetic solutions are maximised and met.
Whether for thermal or acoustic insulation, installation solutions designed during the construction phase of the building allow objectives to be achieved without the risk of unpleasant final inconveniences, as well as providing exceptional aesthetics.
FROM MEASUREMENT TO AFTER-SALES SERVICE
While it is true that mistakes can happen, we have created a workflow that minimises them. From the initial survey to the final management, with a single point of contact: BG Legno. It is important for us to convey security and solidity to our clients. To do this, we want to use not only our product but also a service that involves various departments: technical, commercial, logistics and customer service.
While one product may be similar to another, a service cannot. It is the uniqueness of the procedure and process that gives added value to those who choose BG Legno.
We want to avoid mistakes, but since to err is human, we have developed a structure capable of managing errors in a timely manner and with the utmost professionalism.
CERTIFIED SUSTAINABILITY
There is a Latin phrase we love: verba volant, scripta manent. And we really like to repeat it when we talk about sustainability because today, too often, sustainability belongs to everyone but really only to a few.
And among the few, we at BG Legno have also embarked on the CAM Mapping process to put our company’s commitment to a more sustainable world down on paper. Renewable energy production systems, use of waste materials, targeted selection of suppliers and raw materials from sustainable and/or low environmental impact sources.
Being sustainable is a choice, certifying it is a moral duty to raise awareness in the market.
CERTIFIED PERFORMANCE
Numbers make a difference, especially when they are used to certify the performance of BG Legno products.
When we say that our products reduce by X, insulate by X and/or can contribute to energy savings by X, we are not just throwing out numbers.
Or rather, we do give them, but they are the right ones. All BG Legno products have undergone laboratory stress tests to certify their acoustic and thermal insulation performance. But performance, especially thermal performance, also depends on installation: this is also certified. Our installers are certified with EQF3 licences and our designers with EQF4 licences.
