The glazing bead is therefore integrated directly into the door leaf and robotically extruded using numerically controlled machinery. This solution offers two improvements: in terms of performance, it increases the strength and robustness of the window or door, especially against break-ins. Aesthetically, it permanently removes the unsightly nails used to secure traditional glazing beads.
To increasing the performance of the window frame, the coating process has also been optimized and implemented robotically to maximize effectiveness and reduce waste.
BG Legno window frames are treated with the exclusive use of water-based paints, a totally non-toxic solution that ensures less environmental impact when disposing of the window frames.
An unconventional painting: BG Legno window frames are painted from disassembled, which means that each component is fully protected even at the head joints.
