FERMAVETRO INTEGRATO.

Ieri era una rivoluzione, oggi per noi è il minimo.
Il fermavetro integrato non è altro che un componente dell’anta estruso direttamente nel legno, tramite un macchinario a controllo numerico.
Gli addii sono sempre tristi, per noi invece è stata una gioia dire addio ai vecchi e odiati chiodini e alle nocive e poco sostenibili colle.
Un unico solido pezzo di legno per l’alloggio del vetro è il boost che volevamo per le prestazioni di isolamento termico e acustico, ma anche – e soprattutto – per le prestazioni antieffrazione.

Verniciamo tutte le facce del legno,
anche quelle che non penseresti.
L’innovazione necessaria per dire basta ai dubbi sulla longevità e sulla robustezza del legno.
Ogni infisso BG Legno viene verniciato da smontato, questo significa che tutti e 6 i lati del legno viene protetto dalla finitura. Un scelta per garantire una resistenza maggiore dei nostri infissi, li abbiamo resi inattaccabili da agenti patogeni come muffe, batteri e simili.
Verniciamo con un robot antropomorfo che effettua con gli stessi micron tutti e 4 gli strati di finitura, dal fondo alla laccatura finale. Con lui, è impossibile sbagliare.

Tutta la potenza della boccola e della vite di trazione in acciaio.
È così che abbiamo deciso di innovare il nostro sistema di assemblaggio del traverso e del montante.
Abbiamo eliminato le colle e abbiamo reso i nostri infissi più gestibili anche in caso di danni: con la giunzione meccanica angolare non dovrai più sostituire tutta l’anta in caso di ammaccatura di un montante.
